"The key to knowing what type of person you want to be with, starts with knowing what type of person you are."
Confidence is attractive.
And confidence ultimately comes down to self-worth.
We are all drawn to people who feel secure, decisive, and know what they want in life and a relationship.
They key to knowing what type of person you want to be with starts with knowing what type of person you are.
The problem is most people don’t know how to articulate what type of person they are.
That’s where I come in.
I can help you to build confidence in yourself and give you the language to articulate who you are and what makes you unique.
Self-worth is the value you give yourself as a person, regardless of what others may think. In other words, it comes from within rather than without. By knowing your worth, you are less reliant on others’ approval. This helps protect yourself from the harsh blows of rejection. Sure rejection may still hurt, but it will not break you. By valuing yourself, you are subconsciously requesting that others do the same. And this is a highly attractive quality.
Using the StrengthsFinder Assessment we will focus on your strengths and how to build confidence by investing in them.
If what I offer sounds like something you are after, but want to know more before booking, then please give me a call.

Rowan Crowe spent a good 15 years touring the world working for and playing in bands. When his band Goodnight Nurse was finishing up he was wanting to start a family and find something new to do. Only problem was, he didn’t have a partner and he didn’t know what to do with his life after music.
A friend encouraged him to take the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment. This helped him define what he was good at and what his passion was. Connecting people together.
After a very positive session with a Strengths Coach he decided to also become one to help people in the same way. He became a certified StrengthsFinder coach and started to coach people in Auckland.
He then met Jessica and sparks flew. After getting her to complete her StrengthsFinder Assessment they found may complementing Strengths. To have a greater understanding of himself helped him know what he wanted in a partner to share life with. It also gave him greater confidence in who he was and to know what makes him fulfilled.
Jessica loved that Rowan could understand her and what made her unique and special. She loved that she had a deeper way to connect with him by using the StrengthsFinder language. This helped them grow their relationship together a lot faster and tied the knot two years later. Two years after that they welcomed their little boy Aurelius into the world.
They have now moved to Whangamata so Aurelius can grow up surfing and to be closer to extended family. Rowan loves that the internet can let him do his work via video chat to continue to do work he loves.
